Factory Rooftop Engineering Scope

Every deployment adheres to BNBC 2020 cyclone safety and zero-penetration waterproofing.

Feature 01

Non-Penetrating Roof Clamps

Zero holes drilled into shed tin, eliminating water leakage and preserving structural warranties.

Feature 02

Diesel-PV Controller Synchronization

Seamless coordination with existing captive diesel generators during grid outages to maximize diesel savings.

Feature 03

High-Temperature Bifacial Yield

N-Type TOPCon cells formulated for tropical humidity and high rooftop ambient temperatures.

4-Phase Project Execution

01

3D Drone Topography & Lidar Survey

Millimeter-level laser modeling to map roof obstacles, shade zones, and structural trusses.

02

Structural Ultrasonic & Load Audit

Non-destructive testing certifying wind load rating up to BNBC 2020 Class 4 standards.

03

Electrical Single-Line Diagram Engineering

Optimized string matching, DC cable trenching, and utility protection relay coordination.

04

Zero-Downtime Commissioning

Installation phased during routine plant operations without interrupting manufacturing shifts.

Technical & Operational FAQs

Will solar installation interfere with our active factory shifts?

No. All mechanical mounting and cable pulling is scheduled around factory workflow. Final high-voltage connection is performed during scheduled weekend maintenance windows.

Can our pre-engineered building (PEB) support the weight of solar modules?

Modern Tier-1 panels add approximately 12–15 kg/m². Our structural engineers run finite element modeling to ensure total loads stay well within the structural safety margins of your PEB.
